Where have you been all my son's life!

Where have you been all my son's life!
I LOVE THIS SEAT! My son had a graco infant seat till he was 1. We then got him a Safety 1st seat from walmart that was like $40. It had good reviews and seemed really nice (until I saw this one!). That one only went to like 40 lbs though and he is about 36 right now. I also have another son that is gonna be 1 in a month. The plan was to get my 3 year old a new seat that went to 100 lbs and save the one he was using for my other son....Well once I got this new seat in and tried it, the old one is getting sold and we are going to get a matching one for my younger son as well! It is soooo much better than the safety 1st seat! I will refer to that one as S1 and this one as GN3n1...the S1 is not as sturdy or snug as the GN3N1. I hate the location of the cup holder on the S1- it slides out from the base on the side...this was hard to reach for my son and he could not use it till he was 3 yrs old! Most car seats we looked at had the cup holder in the same spot. It was a very poor design that would come out all the way if pulled to much...BUT with the GN3n1 the cup holder is at the end of the arm rest! I have never seen this before and it is AWESOME! My son can reach it with NO PROBLEM and he can use it for toys or colors etc, when not using it for a drink. The GN3n1 is also one of the only seats I could find that went to 100 lbs AND had a removable back to convert to a booster seat AND still had a 5 pt harness...That is everything we were looking for. We wanted one he could fit in now and have a harness, then could remove the harness and use the seat belt (but keep the back), and then remove the back all together and just have the booster with the seat belt! Plus the cup holder location and the stability and comfort makes this seat THE BEST EVER for the price we could afford. I am sure that some of the $300 seats might be better but we could not go that much. ALSO I wanted to say that I do not have a big car. I have a HOnda Fit and the back seat has very little leg room. I was afraid this seat would be to big and he would not have anywhere to put his feet. HOWEVER it was better than the S1 yet again! With the S1 seat, it was deeper so the front of the seat hit his calves instead of his knees making his legs stick strait out into the seat in front. He has no leg room! But with the GN3n1 it hits him in the back of the knees and his legs can hang down with plenty of room! He loved it so much he did not want to get out of it! He keeps asking me to go ride in the car! Some people are saying that their kid sits on the bottom latch even with it set out the farthest. My son is 36 lbs and a little over 3 feet tall and it tucks under him just a little bit but he is not sitting on the buckle part and it does not make it hard for me to snap. If it ever gets to hard to buckle cause he is sitting on it then we will remove it and use the seat belt. But he has a way to go. He is slender so I don't see it being a problem. If you child is a few years older (therefore bigger) or just fatter then this might be a problem with the harness system and you might have to just use the seat belt. Also as a side note, you have to remove the extra padding piece once you need to move the shoulder straps up higher and this makes more room as well. I would say this is the seat to get unless your child is obese. It is perfect perfect for us and I can't wait till my other son is old and big enough to ditch the infant seat and get one for himself. I also uploaded some pictures.
